Enzyme
Enzymes are a structurally diverse group of proteins that have evolved through unrelated and highly divergent mechanisms. The basic constituents of enzymes are proteins, which are frequently bound to other molecules known as cofactors.They are important components within a cell – as almost all cellular metabolic processes need enzyme catalysis, and so are vital for the whole body.
