What does the package contain?
The package includes detailed instructions on how to take the sample, a sterile wrapped collection set with a swab, and a sealable bag for returning the sample.
What are the delivery options?
Delivery services are provided by the British postal service Royal Mail or postal.
Do I have to pay for posting my sample back to the laboratory?
No, the package with your DNA sample is sent back at our expense. The collection set includes a box with a pre-printed delivery address – all you have to do is pop it in the post. Our price is final, and there are no further expenses.
In which countries can I order your DNA tests?
We are doing our best to make our Chromozoom DNA tests available worldwide. For the time being, however, our tests can be ordered from the following countries: Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
What if I’m not satisfied with the product or service?
We’re confident that our tests will more than meet your expectations. But if you aren’t satisfied, please contact our customer care team.
Will I get a tax receipt for my payment?
Yes, once you place your order and the payment is successful, PayPal will send you an email confirming the payment.
Are there any age limitations for your DNA tests?
Chromozoom DNA tests can be ordered by anyone aged 18 years or older. In case of any doubts about a customer’s age, we reserve the right to refuse to perform the test.
How do I send the sample back?
Simply put the collected sample in the plastic bag provided, then place this bag in the box. Seal the box, and then return it to us (postage is prepaid).
What payment methods are available?
We use PayPal as the payment platform for transactions. It’s possible to use this service even if you don’t have a PayPal account, as the service allows card payments for non-account holders. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Can I give a Chromozoom test as a gift?
Yes, this option is available. Just click "buy as a gift" when placing an order.
