What will I learn from the results?

How accurate and reliable are the test results?
The technologies used in our EU laboratories are accredited with ISO 15189 and are 99.9% accurate. We analyse your DNA using the latest generation of equipment from Illumina, a world leader in the field of genetics.
How long does it take for the results to arrive?
From the moment we receive your DNA collection kit, the whole procedure takes 6-8 weeks. We’ll notify you by email when we receive your collection kit and start the analysis.
How do I receive my results?
After we’ve completed the analysis of your sample, your results will be uploaded to your Chromozoom account, where you can access them any time via our website or mobile app.
